I am creating a new website. I need a web/graphics designer to layout the pages for this site. I do not have screenshots. I have a very good idea in my head of what I need done. I already have a header & footer designed and implemnted so all you would need to do would be the basic pages (middle content). I REQUIRE AND EXPECT THE HIGHEST QUALITY - ZERO TOLERANCE. I'd like to award this job to someone that can deliver at about $4/page to no more than $8/page. I suspect that you will end up building ten to twenty pages, maybe a few more. I also need a handful of icons etc. done. Knowledge of PHP would be very helpful, knowledge of Javascript, HTML & CSS is a MUST.
