CSS improvement of a Wordpress site

Hi,
I need somebody to help me get a Wordpress website back in shape because it has a bit of a messy CSS and a few elements not displayed correctly. There are a number of small details all over the site that I need fixed, according to the initial design. Expect a lot of error-finding and debugging.
The tasks will not be very demanding, mostly text and link styles, positioning, margins and similar, but need to be done quickly and efficiently. And most of all with precision - attention to detail is crucial in CSS.
If you know jQuery/AJAX and javascript, I could also use you for some improvements - but CSS and knowledge of Wordpress are the priority.
Please don't post long descriptions and information about your company, I don't care about that, I just want a good coder, with good motivation and a reasonable level of English language.
Don't offer me design service, content input or I don't know what else - the requirement for this project are clear.
We will be in constant communication as you work through Skype/chat, so expect a flexible and interactive work process: I give you the task, you solve it or we discuss if there are challenges, I check it - and then I give you the next task. If that type of work process doesn't suit you, don't bid.
I have high standards but will not expect the impossible from you. Please be an experienced expert in CSS and use your brain as you work -- so suggest better alternatives for the solutions, if you think of them -- and put effort into the job. I also need you to be dependable and realistic - don't give me "tomorrow morning" excuses or wonder off in the middle of work.
I don't want to waste time - mine or yours - so if after a few tasks if we don't click in communication, if you don't keep your word or I will see you don't have a good enough level of expertise, I will need to instantly replace you with somebody who can do the job. It's not personal, I just need to get things done.
