D3/SVG/Json required for web project

We are a team working on a platform to create web-games. We already have 2 developers involved and we are looking for a 3rd one specialized with Javascript to provide help on a page used to generate vector icons and cards. The HTML5/Stylus/JS prototype is already ready and illustrates our need.
The goal is to use D3.js to generate and manipulate SVG and store values & settings in Json. You must have experience with the above technologies to apply to this job.
The deadline is for the end of the month so we\'re looking for someone able to jump into the project quickly. We would be happy to keep working with you even after the first task-list is completed.
