D3-datavisualization using google Spreadsheet and D3-Sankey-chart

Hi All

Im an IT student from Denmark which has a huge passion for data visualization.

Currently I'm playing around with different D3 chart, especially the D3 sankey diagrams, but unfortunately I'm a bit stuck right now and could need a hand.

The task is this:

-> I wish to create a simple htmlmock-up which holds a sankey diagram that is visualizing some data located in a google spreadsheet.

-> I wish that the sankey chart should be based on the D3 sankey diagrams, visualizing data from a Google spreadsheet. BUT the Sankey chart should be able to visualize network cycles, I researched this and it should be possible,

-> The HTML mockup (including the sankey-chart) should be used on a few different spreadsheets, so it should be easy to change out the source-URL for the spreadsheet in the HTML mock-up.

-> I wish that the sankey diagram should be able to collect data from an non-public datasheet, the data sheet visualized will not published! Is it still possible for the chart to access the sheet, maybe using OAuth2.0?

-> I wish that the charts should include labels on the source edges, on target edges and labels on the links between the source and target edges. (like so -[url removed, login to view] -> just + link labels

Im thinking that the data in spreadsheet will formatted in 6 columns, which will be ordered like so:
