Acrobat Forms Data Format (FDF) Toolkit-Simulation for dental models

Hello We are looking for a person who can use and programable Acrobat Forms Data Format (FDF) Toolkit at our project about dental models. -Need to make a simulation from initial to final cases. -We need start/pause button also at our simulation program. -Need to make Back-Front/Left-Right Wiews of the model in the program. -Zoom out/in options.
