Autofill Address Details on A site

Hello, I have a site i make orders from to different adresses, for saving time i used a javascript link that i clicked on pasted the address and all the details is filled in the correct place fast and flexible. Today when i entered the site they have restructured everything and changed the site completetly, so the javascript i have that autofills the information doesnt work anymore on this new structure. To the point, i need a javascript that will autofill the pasted address according to the following site structure First Name Last Name (Middle name and last name can be added here if the name is more than to words with space) Street City State (Where i live there is no states, so this part can duplicate name of the city) Telephone Country (It is only 1 country i order to, so it should always autochoose the same country) Postcode The address i copy always have the same structure and never changes, following is the structure of the copied address First Name Last Name Street Postcode City (State same as city) Country (always same) Telephone i will attach the old javascript that doesnt work anymore so you can take it as an example, and an image on the structure of the site.
