Build an internal technical team

Required Skill Set: • Professional with 4-6+ years of experience in design, development and deployment of scalable software products • Should have a strong technical background with expertise spanning over a broad range of technologies at different stages of the software development lifecycle • Should have worked with cloud platforms such as Amazon AWS and have experience of deploying on EC2 • Should have excellent Python skills with 4-5+ years of programming experience • Experience with REST service development with Python using flask, sqlachemy • Experience with unit, regression and performance testing of REST services • Experience with SQL and database setup/configuration • Experience with languages (and libraries) for web application development such as Python (Flask etc.), Javascript (D3, Node.js, etc.) and HTTP servers (gunicorn workers, nginx) • Should be open and willing to learn and explore new technologies / concepts and work hands-on • Should be highly motivated, able to effectively handle challenges and willing to work in a fast-paced start-up environment Roles & Responsibilities: • Work closely with the US counterparts and external Stakeholders to understand business requirements • Recommend scalable technical solutions and contribute to their development from design through to code level • Write reusable and efficient code, test and tune application performance • Ensure overall quality and timely delivery of the work • Maintaining robust communication with all stakeholders, participating in reviews and meetings to provide updates on project status throughout its life cycle
