I am looking for help to create a Chrome extension that can copy and translate text from any image. In a nutshell, it works by selecting an area, taking a screenshot of this area, and then sending the image to a web API for OCR (image to text conversion). And then sending the text to a translation web API. So this project requires no OCR knowledge, but it requires good Javascript and Chrome extensions knowledge.
Attached you find a 7zip file with mockups and detailed descriptions. Please read before bidding.

It is OK to use open-source code (GPL license, etc) for this project as long as you clearly mention this in your bid and/or during the development.
