Custom chrome extension for Pipedrive CRM -- 2

Need a chrome extension that adds a button to the Activities detail popup, 'No Answer'. On clicking, the date and time fields will be populated with the current date and time, it will tick the 'Mark as done' box, and click save. A new popup will appear, and some details need setting. Please give some details explaining how you will solve this problem in your proposal.
