bookmarklet with data selection

I need a bookmarklet that lets people select 'tags' from a hierarchy before posting to social network The tags are in a fixed taxonomy, 3 levels, approx 50 individual tags When the User clicks the bookmarklet, a form popup is shown. It shows : -URL (prepopulated) -Message (prepopulated and editable) -The taxonomy is shown as a tree. They click the tags they want to use to classify the page Click ok, then posts to social network., especially [login to view URL]
