The data is of protein [login to view URL] is a already existing code for the project. The visualization needs to be improved on the following two areas
[login to view URL] functionality has to be implemented in the existing visualization.
[login to view URL] functionality has to be implemented and when hovered on a particular node , the details has to be shown about the node.
As of now we would provide the data but moving ahead Once the functionalities are [login to view URL] data has to be pulled using an API which is a future enhancement.
This project requires strong understanding of d3 javascript , beginner knowledge about mongo db.
