Develop a Joomla website which allows input fields like excel and allow me to do analysis

Hi i would like the freelancer who is expert in joomla to write a plugin which allows user to perform data entry into input fields and allow the data to be save into the joomla website and later export out as excel data. I have many excel spread sheet which i hope to convert them into joomla based and allow user to perform data entry via joomla instead of excel. I need the data key into joomla are web based information and store systematically into joomla itself. Data must be able to export as excel for me to do bar chart and other analysis.
