Customize Joomla theme

Hello, I'm looking for a freelance designer to make few adjustments in this joomla template: [login to view URL] This are the main points I will need: 1. create a background from photos which I provide. 2. implement a video player for which I provide the embedded code 3. implement credit card and PayPal payment system from PayPal merchant services (or other merchant services if you recommend) which will charge monthly until canceled by customer. 4. implement a module for affiliate program.
