ACH Website Update Joomla 3.x

Hello Eric, As discussed in previous conversations, I'm sharing my bid to upgrade the site from Joomla 1.0 platform to Joomla 3.x with responsive layout. Please help me with following requirements: 1. Updated Joomla admin credentials 2. cPanel access (So, we can first backup everything. Process upgrade on this backup in our local wamp servers & upload to live server once upgrade is done.) 3. If cPanel is not available, we would need a full backup - or an FTP+DB access. Thank You.

Hi, I have been developing websites with joomla since 2008. I'm therefore familia with all versions from 1.0 (and even Joomla's precursor Mambo) Lately I have upgraded a number of sites via freelancer.com. i suggest you check my reviews. Your project brief doesn;t give much details except a set budget. It's possible to upgrade a simple site within that budget however it would have to be a basic Joomla site with a simple template.
