Customize Classified Ads website homepage

I I want my joomla site [login to view URL] homepage to be redesigned into a full screen static image or video background. Also i want the sites category images to change to beautiful colored icon set on the second pane of the site. The category title font is boring and too big. I want that changed too The third pane should be statistics of the number of users and number of adverts that are on the website. The black bar behind the menu titles should be removed and made transparent.
