collection letter(s) needed ongoing

I am a company based in Dallas, Texas and do business solely with individuals in this state. We enter into 3-5 year agreements for security monitoring with customers and sometimes spread the cost of our equipment into the price of our monitoring rate. From time to time, we run into consumers/businesses that feel like they can just stop paying for monitoring although they have entered the above-described agreements with us.

We are looking for an attorney, licensed to practice in Texas (do NOT bid unless you are), who can send an "attorney letter" to customers from time to time who we cannot collect from. We handle small claims court ourselves, however I need a Texas-based (preferrably Dallas or Houston) attorney to send these letters. This will be an ongoing relationship and it is really no more complex that what I described.

Please bid on a per-letter basis. I can even help craft what I believe the letter should say / look like so as to minimize the time spent, etc. Thx!
