Assistance with a legal Matter Title and HOA Problems

I am being sued by an HOA company for not paying the fees on a house. The matter is very complicated because it involved title issues.

A company that I was a part of owned the house in 2007. In 2008 I sold the company and to protect my self I quit claimed the house to my personal name since I was on the mortgage. Since I was not part of the company, doing this quit claim was fraud. I since settled with the company and am now being sued by the HOA for not paying the fees. My defense is that the I did not own the house. I showed the company records moving my self from the company and now they are going to sue me for fraudulant conveyance. I need help in defending my self. They are suing me for about $4,000 currently for attorney's fees and HOA past dues. I need help in defending me against this suit. If you have experiance in this arena please bid what you think it would cost to help me with this.
