Civil claim

I would like to know if there is any attorney who would be interested to represent me in pursuing a civil claim against a service provider. This is purely on based on contractual misrepresentation in a cell phone contract in which they have implicitly accepted guilt after a year of trying to get facts from them through the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud. I got an email from the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud saying MTN will credit me the amount of R10 879.28 (Vat Incl.) and will close the file. They haven't given me any facts around why they were not providing the service according to the contract and overcharging me. After assessing the prospects of success in this claim for damages, would your consider gains share where you get a percentage of what I would get?
