Customization for Existing Template, oscommerce

The website is: [login to view URL] The necessary customizations are as follows: 1. Change graphics and logo, add slogan 2. Change page tab (need product tab linked to all product options) 3. Add additional infoboxes that aren't currently available 4. Add Custom printing/order info box (linked to electronic form) 5. Add custom link (attention grabber) for sample orders (linked to electronic form with all sample options) 6. Add customer qualifier questions to account creation (also for 4 and 5) 7. Remove currency option 8. Add contact number to each page 9. remove current welcome statement graphics 10. Need option for drop down menus in product listings and also page tabs if possible. Our shopping cart is CRE Loaded and normally changes could easily be made however our template is third party (not fully supported) Thank you and enjoy your day.
