You have to own Raspberry PI and Linux PC for this job and have experience in Qt and cross compiling it. the primary os is raspian also need it on ubuntu. shall use the latest to date disto available. First part of the job is cross compilation of Qt5.14(including QtWebkit) for Raspberry PI 2 and older boards. You have to deliver script (Makefile) that can reproduce process and compiled binaries. You have to write (or find somewhere) simple demonstration for QtWebkit that has to work and Qt testing files must pass. Second part will be making developing environment on Linux PC that includes Qt Creator configured for easily cross compilation for Raspberry PI. I will follow you through whole process and confirm if steps (like configuration) are good.

Hello! I am experienced C/C++ developer (over 6 years). I have Raspi model B, and have been building Qt 5.4 for wandboard (including webkit and Qt Creator config), so i can do it for you. Unfortunately i dont have Raspberry 2 to test on it. Thanks.
