complete clustering on Proxmox / OpenVZ

Hi There,
We are looking for some one who can do complete clustering on our Proxmox server. I do understand Proxmox do not support full clustering till now.
What we are looking for if any of one VPS goes down due to hardware fault, it'll automatically run from another clustering server.
At the moment Proxmox support only backing up your existing VPS another Proxmox server. We use Proxmox for our VOIP based VPS at the moment.
OpenVZ support full HA cluster with DRBD and Heartbeat, but it's also doesn't support full KVM. So I am pretty exited to see someone can come up with some idea for me.
