I need to detect fax tones in pre existing audio files OR I need to detect fax tones in outgoing sip calls in Asterisk. You MUST have experience in Asterisk module creation. I would prefer an Audio File Analyzer for NORMAL Fax Tones. Must be written for Linux. The Application should not be taken from any where online and it should be made by yourself. URGENT

I have experience writing asterisk module for 10 years. I shall give you a solution writing an asterisk application . You can run the dialplan into an application that will detect the standard fax tone. Otherwise if you want to use sip with fax then there is sip support for fax. If you need the fax configured in your sip module then I can do it. I have experience writing custom patches for sip module , so I can debug if there is any problem in the sip module. - Regards Kamanashis Roy
