Change Website Information

I may not know how to do this but I know it would be very simple for someone. I need someone to change my website title, descrption & email address. Here's the thing, I own a link exchange website. Whenever someone signs up for the service, the website automatically requests a link exchange with the new member. But the information it's giving them to exchange with is wrong. I can't find it but I know that information is either in a file I don't see, the database, or the php code. Please don't send me any outrageous bids because even though I don't know how to do it, I know it would be simple for somebody else out there to. Be good to me and I'll use u all the time because I have about 10 webites. I need this done immediately.
