I think it's a simple mistake when creating the ftp account. Because of that the solution might be an easy one and the problem quickly resolved

Hello, In case there is an issue on server, you would need ssh access to find out more about possible reasons for this problem. In case you have whm/ssh access, debugging shouln't be hard. As for myself, i work as Linux admin in hosting company and maintenance of cPanel based servers in my responsibility. Therefore i think i'm competent enough to solve this problem.
