Animated Chinese Logo

Hello I like to design a animated chinese character so you should have an understanding of the chinese language to understand the work properly. The goal is to animate the Character "Róng 荣 ” so that it will start acting like a working DJ Disc Jockey". Enclosed you will find a picture with a small description of the individual parts of the symbol. It would be cool if the character would start to smile and blink with the eye and start scratching and mixing with the hands.
