convert an image (png) to a logo

I have designed a logo a long time ago and I did lost the Adobe Illustrator files. Now I need to make a poster using this logo. So, what I need to be done is to convert a simple png image to a logo in Adobe Illustrator. I don't mind if it takes more than one day, since it is well finished. Don't try cheat me making some Live Trace or something like that. I want it converted to vectors. And it must be in Adobe Illustrator. I don't want it in PSD (Photoshop) or CDR (CorelDraw). I will not pay if it is not in high quality, ok? I don't want to pay more than 15 GBP (15 GBP = 24 Dollars), so please bid accordingly.
