I need a coder to **create** graphic like the one in attached file, and deliver by **PSD. format**. Also I need you **also teach me** how to create and customize different color of that kind of image with Photoshop or Photoimpact. I believe it may be kind of easy for experienced coder, but I know? in order to? this kind of graphic must have some? "know-how". For example, must be familiar with photoshop. I have bad exerience once I hire a coder who claimed he? were able to do this, but ended up he created another type but similar graphics which I can create by myself like **[login to view URL] & [login to view URL]**? in my attached file. I have photoshop and photoimpact in my computer so it's ok to write the guideline by txt or doc file to teach me how to create this graphic or change this color. ## Deliverables The coder have to provide former works The coder must 100% understand what I need, the graphic is largely used by many designers and you can see many example like: <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> Above two sites' graphic maybe slight different, but they were created in the same method.
