design header banner for website - quickly

I need a fast, but skilled graphics person who can create a banner/header for a website. I will give you three people with various pics to create an eye catching banner with the following words 'Sales and Marketing Bootcamp' The output can be in whatever format is best for a website and should be **940 ? 150 pixels** I would also like a .psd file, with layers still intact to remove and edit the file in future if other speakers need to be substituted for future events. (needs to be editable and compatible in Photoshop cs2. I have attached a few banners I found, I kind of like the 'film' one, but the text looks a bit boring, so have a look at those banners, might just give you a few ideas, and various speaker pics are in there as well of Mal, Chris and Glenn.
