chakalaka logo design and implementation on xcart

I want someone to put together a logo for me for my website [url removed, login to view]
I already have the graphic. What I want is the text "chakalaka" in the microsoft font "chiller" placed next to the provided graphic of the pot.
Size - i want the graphic's height to be that of the header area above the "search box". I want the font to be about half this height.
The font should be in a yellowish / orangy colour the same colour as the yellow buttons and menu bar on the site.
I also want this logo installed on my website.
I need a smaller version of exactly the same logo made and installed on the forms of the website eg. for invoices.
I will also need jpeg and pdf copies of these images sent to me for my records.
