Customer journey - Before Visit... People download the App. Create account with Name, email, postcode and photo / Facebook connect option User can search database using the following sliders (info taken from database, see above): Atmosphere: relaxed 0 - lively 10 Budget: £10, 0 - £20, 10 Comfort: practical 0 - luxury 10 Location: From user postcode: 2miles to 20miles. Select zones: Zones 1, 2 and 3 Shows Filtered Results, from which they select their option Shows contact details and map: So customers can call to reserve or check if open Customer journey - Post Visit to business... Members must upload a picture of their plate of food. This enables them to cast a vote. Votes are placed using sliders Food: just what I need 0 - out of this world 10 Service: got the job done 0 - went out of their way 10 Setting: It’s a cafes 0 - it’s magical 10 Overall: Wouldn’t recommend 0 - Will march people here 10 Click submit After a review is submitted the member earns 5points which is visible in their APP homepage called “I’m a member” along with their photo, name.
