Magento 2.1 three extentions

The website sells tiles online. Each tile (product) is available in a number of options (customisable options).
1. I need a copy of the extention that can be found on the right ([login to view URL]). The only difference is that I want the price to be only shown in square meters.
2. You'll also notice that there is a separate button to order a sample. Each sample order needs to be treated as any other order but without adding samples to the product catalog.
3. We have normal stock items, and special order items. If a product is a special order item, we need the client to only pay 50% of the price, and then we have a way to send a link later to pay the remaining 50%.
There are a number of plugins available for older versions of magento, however, not for 2.1.1
