We have started a funeral cover scheme and we are starting to branch out into running the debit orders ourselves through a payment gateway. We require an account management system that we can import our clients into once the sale is complete. The basic functions of the app would be to do the following :
Generate and sms to the client 3 days before debit.
List the debit result from the gateway.
Create the next debit date in preparation for next months debit.
Track all successful and unsuccessful debits.
Allow for manual funds to be allocated.
Allow for manual client cancellations.
We have not as yet looked at any opensource software so would be happy with something that could be adjusted for our needs.
Our budget is low to start with, but we are prepared to look at a profit share going forward as there might be continual work required as we grow.
