Ok, Im not sure what is involved exactly in what I need, but here is the specific things needed.
Im in need of an Ad management script to dynamically insert Video Ad commercials within (before, inbetween or after) our own video content.
I want something that can be managed via a web-based control panel. Where I can upload the video commercial, or specify links to video commercials Id like to place before out video content.
Our site is laid out in php, and would like it to be php/mysql based or anything that would handle this kind of project.
Our budget is open, but we are a small operation. But if what we need is a little higher than we can pay, that is no problem.
