Car Sharing Box EML327 OBDII GPRS GPS Bluetooth

Dear Freelancer-Community, we are a young peer-to-peer car-sharing startup from Switzerland and just get started. Our business model is very similar to [login to view URL], [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] Private people can rent out their car when they don`t need it. To make the sharing process easy and convenient we want every car owner to install a little box in his car. this box should be plugged to the OBD2 port via an EML327 interface and read all the necessary data from the car: driven km, gas, acceleration etc. in this context the box should be able to handle all the common protocols in European cars. furthermore the box should be equipped with a GPS, GPRS and Bluetooth module to communicate with our servers and the smartphone of the user driving the car. the job includes programming the necessary APIs so that our IT guys programming the smartphone app and the web platform can easily work with the data from the car (OBD2 data, GPS Data) The box should get its energy via OBD2. Not included in the job, but if you have a great idea: How can we find an easy and cheap way to open everycar with a smartphone without forcing the car owner to visit a garage? If you bid for the job, please provide a clear structure how you will manage everything, where you see major challenges and for every part/module: how much money and how much budget you would need.
