We are currently looking for a contractor to provide services in producing drawings of a mould master, printing a 3D master with 100 replicates in a 10 x 10 array and preparing the master to cast a silicone mould, and supply two silicone moulds for a urethane casting process.
Our goal is to use the mould to cast parts that involve the following:
i) A printed circuit board (PCB) which will be casted within a urethane material.
ii) The urethane material is cast as a a cylinder with a change in the radius at a point between the two ends.
iii) Two keys will be used to align and centre the PCB inside the cylinder during the casting process.
