Looking for a talented cosmetic chemist that can develop a moisturizing/cream formula for me. More details in private. Please only bid if you can assist with the actual DEVELOPMENT of this project. Process: 1. We will send samples to reverse engineer and improve on according to our wishes. 2. You will produce prototypes and send for our evaluation. 3. We will receive & critique until accepted (max 3 revisions or we will increase payment) 4. We will accept formula, release payment balance, and you will send formula + list of raw materials suppliers and procedures. More details in private.
