Advert Creatives / Display Advertising

Im looking for a creative person who can do a number of creative adverts in flash etc, so the process will be a customer may or may not give images - text sales message etc, it will then be passed to the person hired to create a well thought advert - relevant for that particular business and the audience, Each advert / creative may be 10 seconds. Need to have quick turnaround time, possibly 4/5 adverts to create per day. The person as well as flash, can create animation / videos etc and has a good marketing / thinking behind creatives, The creatives will be played on a HD LCD TV - not a website
