I'm working on research right now concerning to Liver CT images and how to refine for diagnosing and get better results and I need a matlab code in a part to complete the research.
My Idea is to segmented in four steps to refine and optimaze CT-images using the following scenario, so I need a code implement these steps as the following:
1- using ant based systems on objects -------> output segment images
2- using k-means algo. on the previous output ---------> remove previous error and assigned free objects to their cells
3- using ant based system again but on classes "cells" -------> output with more accurate clustering
4- again k-means -------> finally remove any errors and assigned free classes "cells".
I attached many cases to be as a reference that can apply the code to refine it.
