I need a bivariate polynomial regression performed for "Table 2" in [login to view URL] . Specifically, I'm looking for an equation that can take a temperature and pH and provide the value given in the table and interpolate/extrapolate as necessary. You can use Matlab or Mathematica or any other software as necessary. The equation should fit the values very well, I'm looking for a very small error. A fourth-order or fifth-order polynomial may be appropriate.

I'm currently a college student and just finished a Engineering Computation class which involved bivariate polynomial regression. I am able to quickly reference a programming project that was similar to this and can give an adapted version applicable to this quickly. I would do a least squares fit on the data and if the model doesn't fit I will rather use exponential models or Fourier analysis.
