I will provide you with a video. Here is what i need, a program for detecting the free parking places. But I need to write me in matlab in every section, what method you use, what do that section, because i need to know how to explain all the program. After the program is ready, i would like that you make me a short documentation, with what methods do you used, why do you use that method, with screen shots from the video when you do the detection of the free parking, and a video where the program do the detection of the free parking place, and some conclusions after the execution of the program.
