As many years of experience in CFD for different applications, including agitator simulation by using Multiple-Reference Frame model (Ansys Fluent), I can accomplish your project within 5 days.
Your project includes 5 values of impeller speed (75, 100, 150, 200, 250 rpm), therefore I propose for $150 US in total.
Geometry model will be gerenated by using Catia V5. Structure mesh is created by ICEM-CFD. Numerical simulations will be carried out by using Multiple-Reference Frame Model in Ansys Fluent V15.
The mean age distribution method can be installed by using User-Defined Functions upon your requests (exclude from above price).
I have questions on dimensions of geometry (your attached file):
- What is the liquid height in the tank? Is it equal 500 mm? Actually, if we use inner tank diameter of 174 mm and tank height of 500 mm, the tank volume becomes 11.889 L (not 10 L as mentioned in the attached file)
- Inner diameter of tank is 174 mm, but the diameter of cathode ring is 172 mm. I wonder if there is any gap/space between cathode rings and tank wall?
- "Each ring was arranged 30 mm apart from each other". Is that the distance between center of rings?
