Create\Edit Metatrader Indicator & Convert MQ4 files to DLL

Following is the requirements for the job:- 1) Create new or edit existing Metatrader Indicator to allow comparison of closing prices of 2 different time (e.g. closing prices at GMT 0400 with that at GMT 1000). If choose to edit existing file, the file will be provided. Both GMT times can be edited. 2) Create a License version of the MQ4 file whereby usage of the file is based on registered account with a designated service provider. For example, the user needs to provide 'login' and 'server' details, then this MQ4 file will only be used with this set of account details. If 'login' and 'server' details are both '0', then the license will be in use despite not having fixed 'login' and 'server' details. The 'login' and 'server' details can be freely edited. 3) The License version also allows a pre-defined validity period that when expired, the MQ4 file not be in use anymore thereafter. The period can be defined in terms of days. If the value of '0' is inserted, then the license will have no expiry date. The period can be freely edited. 4) Based on requirements in (1) to (3), the file will be converted DLL to ensure decompiling is not possible from EX4. In total 2 files must be converted from MQ4 to DLL. The programmer needs to provide instructions on how the conversion is made from MQ4 to DLL in order to allow me to make changes in the future if there is a need. The codes hidden in the DLL are mainly variables defined in the MQ4 file together with how LONG and SHORT trading signals are generated. If possible I will not want to provide all the codes but just parts of it so that the rest of the conversion to DLL can be performed by myself. At the same time, do advise what software application is needed to make the necessary amendments. Interested parties, do provide cost and duration needed to complete the task. If competent parties are found, the bid may close before the 'Bidding End Date'.
