I have been developing applications in both Access and Excel for 20 years with extensive use of VBA. I have developed several applications for Freelance clients, please see Feedback. I think you have provided with a very well thought out plan for this project and this will make it so much easier to do this quickly and accurately. Hi sarahduncan, Thanks for the specs, it's a bit rare to see this level of detail in Freelancer.com. I believe delivering the main functionalities (s.4.1) should be quite straightforward. While I have some idea, I might need further detailed instructions on the financial reports (s.5.9) and special functionalities (s.6). I gather you have a certain flow / user experience in mind, so I propose for the first week to flesh out the rough design through mockups / design prototype. I normally use Balsamiq, which exports nicely into an 'interactive' PDF (basically just PDFs with special regions that you can click). One final question though, will you be interested into making this a web application? PS. I'm based in Perth, WA, and had some Real Estate sales training back in 2005. It's sales though, not Property Management, but I thought worth mentioning :)

I can do steps 1 and 2 in 10 business days. Step 3 will depend on the number of adjustments needed but it will not exceed 5 more days. For step 4 my price is $20/hour.
