add contacts to outlook automatically when recognizing a specific keyword in the body or subject

I am looking for someone to help me out with a simple solution for my outlook. I get a lot of emails on a daily basis, I would like to automatically add people to my contact list by a keyword or a sentense. For example: if someone sends me an email with the word "request for showing" or "showing request" or "showing" or "show" it will automatically add the person to my outlook contact list. I was unable to find a rule that can perform this task. If you know anyway of accomplishing it please contact me. The contact can not be duplicated so it needs to make sure that the email does not exists in my current contact list.
