Ability App

Dear Developper, I am looking for someone who can develop an App for a competition, the App must run on iPhone and second step on Android. Following points have to be met: 1. The app must be an ability game where the user can collect points based on his skills. 2. The game has not to be entertaining 3. The add must be very simply. 4. The game must be a kind of fast reaction game with random things popping up. 5. As quicker and better the user acts on the things äs more points he can collect 6. the game should only be 60 seconds 7. After the game the user should see his points which are simultaniously stored on our server 8. every new game should have the same chances of getting the maximum points 9. it is important that the game is simply so every one could understand it asap - the simpler the better 10 the game must be protected against manipulation 11. the game must allow two different modi - One modus is a test modus where the points are collected in the same way but the result shows only as test result. The second modus is real modus where the result counts for highscore. The app could only be startend when the user punches in an activation code. The na screen must open to explain the rules with a simulation of the game. The user can press "Go ahead" or "Repeat" to replay the simulation. After pressing the "Go ahead" Button, the user will see a button "Start" to start the real game. After he finished the game he will see his results and he also will see the actual top score. He then can chose between "Trial Mode" and he can use the game on test modus for max three times, or he can choose "Try another high score" then the screen opens where he has to punch in another code. Any code could only be used for one single game. 12. the app must have the option to chose different languages Please submit a short overview on your idea and the price you think is fair for this kind of work.
