We are looking for a andriod developer who can help us in following project :
1) A andriod application, using which user can upload the .mp4 files to our cloud media server (Wowza streaming server)
2) During the uploading of the app the .mp4 file should be converted in .FLV and compress the file size by keeping the same or near video file parameters (FPS. bit rates, resolutions etc )
3) Files are uploaded by selecting a file and upload via edge/2g/3g network. File size can be any thing upto 4 GB.
4) Wowza media server can play this recorded file. Generally wowza media server can play all .FLV files.
