Android App

I need an Android app for employee assitance control in companies. The employees database is currently in a mysql db and each company has their own username and password with which they can access a web system with his employees organize by department. What I need is an android app that will allow companies to: 1. Login with their user an pass 2. App should then display 4 big buttons with event types (Entrance, Lunch, Meeting, Exit) 3. When employees selects an event type, the list of departments and employees should be displayed so that employee can select himself in the list 4. App should then activate front camera and take a picture automatically on face detection ONLY. 5. If no face is detected after 5 seconds, cancel the event registration 6. If face is detected and picture is taken greets employee and welcomes him to the workplace 7. Event type, employee, picture and timestamp should be save locally in tablet and in moments of low activity, post the info through an existing API to mysql db Please write how much time would it take you to develop the app Thanks!
