Android Project Debugging and BugFixing

I have one android project, but its crashing on new android versions 2.2+ . You need to improve it and make it bug free. It doesn't work anything above android level 8 APIs Server works on Windows/Linux/MAC Note: Before applying for this project. Please go through my project and submit a brief insight on why my project is not working on Android API level 8+ . What are bugs and what can be improved along with time frame needed. I will initially fund 20% of project. Then After you submit me APK for project , i will test it on device. If everything works as expected. I will make full payment then ask for Source Code of project. I will not release any amount before any work is done. You need to fix all bugs, and app should not crash.
