DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS BID WITHOUT READING THE SPECS. Team AeroDynamix is interested in offering a new product to air shows, Sky typing. Also known as digital skywriting and dot matrix skywriting, sky typing is the process of using five planes or more in formation and advanced computing to choreograph puffs of smoke being released from each plane like a dot matrix printer. When viewed from the ground, messages can be seen very clearly being written in the sky by the flight of aircraft. The messages, written at 10,000 foot altitude, can be up to 1250 feet tall and over five miles long. Sky typing allows planes to put any message into the sky, without having to perform advanced and aerobatic flying maneuvers. A functional spec has been attached. When responding to this bid, put my street address found in the spec in your response so I know you READ it and are responding intelligently. A prototype app has been developed with some functionality with source code to be provided. Project time start to finish should not exceed 30 days which includes testing and big fixes. Experience in Androids talking over a wifi lan, android system time, and character font development is a must.

Your address is 110 Aviation Lane GoldHill,NC 28071. Dear there. I have read all specifications. First, I want to say with you that I have worked with sync device in Android over wifi, taken up 20 device at the same time. What I have done is shared screen solution, you imagin that you have a big screen based on multiply device... And it working well. I could be sure 100% that sync, the most critical, will working well. Second, I need to say 30 days in very tight, really tight. But I could work with your side 6 days a week, even in your timezone. (I need Sunday for my family, but I still could work for 4 hours). I will submit code everyday. Last, I'm a bit confuse about Bluetooth part. I know you already having code for that part, but I need to make sure it work. Well, I have solution for 5ms latency, and I could sure 100% I could finish this project... Only one thing is budget. The project I mentioned about, big screen from multiply device, I worked for 7 days, testing and fixing in next 7 days and value is $6000. This project is larger, with more functions, and really challenge. Let me know your max budget, I really need to discuss with you about it.
