Android Streaming Radio App

I need an Android application set up to match an existing iPhone application ([url removed, login to view]). Artwork will be provided. It should have these features:
- Main page with streaming controls (two qualities), two iframes to show show and track info from external web pages, and link to full playlist to be shown in a browser inside the app.
- Secondary stream page also with two qualities. If one stream is selected, the other stream should of course stop
- About page with custom text and various links.
- Internal browser to view the mobile site, [url removed, login to view]
I'll also need assistance submitting the app to various marketplaces.
